Wildflower plug planting at Westminster Field – Sunday 16th May, anytime between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
We have had issues with late plug plant delivery and weather unsuitable for planting, but we can now get our last Ampthill Buzz planting for the season underway. Westminster Field is at the west side of the park: from West Car Park take the grass track heading downhill west to a field gate. Through the gateway is Westminster Field.
Wear old clothes and boots – it can be sticky in wet conditions.
Tools will be provided but if you like bring a trowel.
You may want to wear gloves – plants are small so latex gloves are probably best.
