The third Ampthill Green Fair, run by Ampthill Climate Change Group, is taking place on Sunday 6th October at Parkside Hall, Woburn Street, Ampthill, MK45 2HX. This popular family event is all about celebrating the local groups that are doing positive things to take action on climate change and help the environment. There are lots of engaging activities for youngsters including regular storytime sessions and for the grown ups there are lovely retail stalls, all with a craft or eco-living focus. The event includes a Repair Cafe, run by Share: Flitwick and Ampthill, with items bookable in advance via their website www.shareflitwickandampthill.org.
