Join the Ampthill Climate Change Group team for NO MOW MAY 2023! Win prizes and help bees and other important pollinators!
THE CHALLENGE: Choose NOT to mow your lawn for the month of May, allowing dandelions and other wildflowers to grow freely for the bees. Flowers in your lawn can provide vital pollen and nectar for bees, butterflies and other pollinators.
HOW TO ENTER: Take a photo of your beautiful unmown lawn and send it to hello@ampthillclimatechange.co.uk along with your name, street name and town between May 27th-May 31st. Entrants must live in either Ampthill, Flitwick or Maulden. Submit your entry by May 31st 2023. Three winners will be drawn at random on June 1st 2023.
PRIZES:
- First prize is £25 of Re-phil’s vouchers Re-phil’s – Zero Waste, Delivery Service (rephils.co.uk)
